Sakerson offers delivery worldwide. All prices herein are expressed in Canadian currency.
Note: Due to a high volume of orders, there may be additional delays during promotional or sale periods.
-Standard shipping: may take between 15 to 20 business days and is free of charge for orders shipping to Canada.
-International shipping: (including USA): delivery speed and fees vary. Duties and taxes may be applicable and are not the responsibility of Sakerson.
Please note that there may be an additional delay for orders that require a merchandise transfer from our stores. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for engraved items to be shipped. Special order requests may take longer to process. There may be additional delays during promotional or sale periods.
*Orders must pass verification and must be shipped to a single address. Sakerson is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes,etc. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or DHL or Fed-EX and require signature. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations. Sakerson does not ship to P.O. boxes. Special orders, engravings and orders that require merchandise transfers are not within the delivery guarantee.
For orders placed before December 05 at 12pm ET, we will ensure that every effort is made to deliver your package by December 24, 2020. Due to anticipated shipping carrier delays, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for the holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online at sakerson.com or sakerson.ca or in a Sakerson store from December 15, 2021, returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 15, 2022, provided merchandise has not been worn, and it has original packaging and warranty materials altered . Please note that this extended return policy DOES NOT apply to items purchased on sale and/or as part of a promotional offer. Sale merchandise is final sale and the engraved, or special-ordered or resizing Merchandise or Jewelry has been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise sold during the diamond sale is subject to a 10-day return policy. No certificate is available and no trade-ins are permitted for this merchandise. One-time resizing is offered at no charge.
For all regular-priced merchandise purchased online at sakerson.com , sakerson.ca sakereson will provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, engraved, or special-ordered. All claims, returns, battery replacement, or warranty service must be accompanied by proof of purchase, original packaging and warranty materials. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery using the prepaid return shipping label sent to you ,after you contact with us at email@example.com / firstname.lastname@example.org /or call Sakerson at +1(905)631-1919 .
These instructions must be followed exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return, and Sakerson will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.

Call us at +1(905)631-1919 or send us an email at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org If your order is eligible for return, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form and a prepaid shipping label.
2. Package Your Merchandise
The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed Return Authorization Form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any original warranty.
3. Ship Your Package Using the Prepaid Return Shipping Label
You must use the prepaid return shipping label sent to you. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method, the return may not process. Sakerson will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if the package is lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled.
4. Processing Your Return/Exchange
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within 30 business days.
If, within 7 days from the date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your Sakerson diamond jewelry , Sakerson will allow you to benefit from an exchange or a refund upon presentation of the sales receipt.
Return or exchange at a Sakerson workshop or retail location.
We accept returns and exchanges on all regular priced items purchased online or at a Sakerson store in Canada within 7 days of your original purchase. Sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For items purchased online: All returns must include your Sakerson web order packing slip.
Refunds will only be issued to the same tender used for the original purchase. Gift recipients will have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a store credit.
