Every Sakerson piece is crafted with exceptional care, and we proudly stand behind the quality of our work. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covers any defects in craftsmanship or structural integrity of the metal or setting. If an issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost.
This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear, accidental impact, loss of stones due to force, exposure to chemicals, negligence, or any work performed by another jeweller. These repairs can still be completed through our workshop at preferred client pricing.
We include one complimentary resizing within the first year (when the design allows). Some styles—such as full eternities or certain intricate designs—may not be eligible for resizing.
To keep your warranty active, all servicing must be done by Sakerson Jewelry. We recommend routine cleanings and inspections every few months to ensure your prongs and stones remain secure.
